Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between you & The Jolly Group. You accept on behalf of your entire booking group included within this ticket that use of the site, play equipment, additional props and any other items located within Dunsmore Farm and controlled by R M Wright trading as The Jolly Group is used at yours and your groups risk and as such indemnify The Jolly Group and The Jolly Group landlord, S.D.F. Molineux & Partners as well as third party contractors from liability for any injury or damage howsoever caused and that you use these premises/facilities at your own risk.

You accept that any person under the age of 16 within your group will be escorted by a responsible adult while on our site. You accept that plants and fauna may be present at The Jolly Group site which is not suitable for human consumption, and by accepting these terms and conditions you indemnify R M Wright trading as The Jolly Group should anyone person within the party consume or by any other means be effected by non edible, toxic or irritable plants and or fauna.

Tickets & Cancellations

All tickets are valid for the date and time stated and are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations. 

Tickets can be EXCHANGED for another date (subject to availability) up to 7 days in advance of your booked attendance date. In order to do this please login to your customer self serve portal via the link supplied in your original booking confirmation. 

Disabled/Carer tickets, proof of status we accept are: Evidence of being in receipt of disability living allowance (DLA), personal independence payment (PIP) or Attendance Allowance.

Limitation of Liability

R M Wright trading as The Jolly Group will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Time Slot Booking

Tickets are for arrival only and not departure. Once you have arrived within your timeslot, you are welcome to stay until we close.

Smoking, Car Park & Dogs   

The Jolly Group is strictly a no smoking site and anyone found to be smoking will be asked to leave with immediate effect.  

The use of our car park is at your own risk and R M Wright trading as The Jolly Group accept no liability for its use.

Due to hygiene reasons dogs are NOT ALLOWED on site, with the exception of guide and medical assistance dogs.

 

Photography & Filming Disclaimer 

Please note that photographs and film footage will be taken throughout events at The Jolly Group. These will be used by the The Jolly Group for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of images and confirm that you have been fully informed and are giving your consent before entering the event.
